  • How long will the artwork I purchased take to be delivered? 

SOTA artists will firstly accept your order and then endeavour to safely package and deliver your purchases as soon as possible- SOTA artists agree to sending domestic deliveries within 3 working days and international deliveries within 7 working days. Delivery and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as is available via email. SOTA artists are also asked to display their shipping policies on their artist profile should you be interested. 

  • Do you accept returns?

As SOTA is a marketplace, all refunds depend on the artists’ return policy. Private sellers are not required by law to offer refunds, so before buying an item it’s important to check the Seller’s return policy.

If the seller has a returns policy, please contact stating your refund request and reasons. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. If both parties are happy or adequate evidence is provided that the item has not arrived/ is damaged or the artist's policy accepts general refunds, SOTA will grant a refund.

  • How does the SOTA payment system work?

SOTA uses Shopify payments to collect payments and charges 8% upon purchases. There may be additional Shopify charges for credit card usage which are outside of our control. This fee will be 2%. 

  • Do you have any hidden fees?

No, we have no hidden fees, no monthly fees, no sign-up fees, no contracts.

  • Do you demand exclusivity?

No, as our aim is to empower artists and sellers.

  • Someone has bought my art, how long until I can see the funds in my account?

Shopify payments can take up to 1-3 working days days to arrive in your account. 

  • What countries do you support?

Our payment gateway Shopify supports transactions in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

We transact in GBP as we are based in the UK and conversion rates depend on which currencies are supported by Shopify can be found at
