Touched By Clouds is inspired by nature and the intangible world. The work documents and observes natural environments, viewing them as interconnected systems that extend beyond the visible. Touched By Clouds emphasise the importance of preserving ecosystems and the knowledge of indigenous cultures in sustainable living.

Hele is an interdisciplinary Latvian artist whose work focuses on the intersection of nature and culture. She graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia in 2017 and studied visual arts at Escola Massana Center d’Art i Disseny in Barcelona in 2016. She furthered her education with courses in natural sciences and sound production. Hele has participated in numerous group exhibitions and held solo exhibitions and sound performances both in Latvia and internationally.
