Quiet Gathering

This work explores the fragile space between presence and memory through layered oil-pastel gestures. The composition suggests human figures and interior forms, yet resists fixed narrative—allowing the viewer to wander through overlapping silhouettes, shifting light, and restless marks.

Built with intuitive strokes and vibrant yet muted tones, the surface carries the immediacy of drawing and the emotional depth of painting. Smudged edges and visible hand movements reveal the process: moments of hesitation, intimacy, and sudden clarity. The figures seem to emerge from one another, as if sharing the same breath, the same unspoken story.
