Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days. Once shipped you will be sent your tracking code, please confirm you have received your delivery.

If you are away during the time of purchase please contact to confirm a good time for shipping your print.

Damaged and lost items:
In the unlikely event of an artwork arriving damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and if the damage is irreversible or the artwork cannot be replaced you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. You may be required to send some photos to prove the damage.

Returns:
All unused/undamaged artworks can be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please get in touch within 10 days of delivery, and you will be provided more information about how to return the artwork.
Please make sure to save the original packaging and pack it similarly as it was sent to you. 
Kindly note that all returning costs(shipping fees) are the buyer's responsibility.

Receiving a refund:
Once the goods have been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued to the same payment account that was used at checkout. If a returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the refundable amount.
