This photo was taken in a retreat in Asturias, Spain, last May 2024. I was so happy to be there; it was a paradise with incredible souls of light and love. I started two years ago offering holistic retreats, an experience to be free of judgments, to be vulnerable and to enjoy the process. This year, I did a training course about how to facilitate Therapeutic photography, and it was so exciting and rewarding for me because it is what I have been doing for years with most of my personal self-portrait projects, where I mainly create and use them to heal myself and to make society conscious. I love the idea of helping other people through my passion and knowledge of Mindfulness using photography.
