There’s a beautiful mix of mediums within this piece of Modern Art. This Abstract piece of wall art combines acrylic paints, inks and chalk pastels on a professionally stretched canvas. I really enjoy the freedom of the paint as it drips down the canvas, building layers to form the horizon of this original landscape painting. The textured horizon is then counterbalanced by the delicacy of the inks and vibrancy of the pastels that forms the sky. I applied layers of fine Japanese paper to the canvas which absorbs the acrylic paint and ink beautifully producing a wonderful texture throughout this original landscape painting. The vibrant colour palette of pinks, blues, greens and white tones make it a real statement piece of art.

This Modern Landscape is painted on a professionally stretched canvas, using high quality inks, acrylics and pastels. The hand painted artwork is signed on the front of the canvas.
