Human experience is eclectic and chaotic, with many contrasting sensations, emotions and thoughts. This piece reflects that concoction of being, where each medium is like a different language describing the subject differently.

This painting represents personal growth and acceptance of the need for self-reflection to achieve such changes. The layers represent looking inward, beneath the surface of ourselves and exploring how and why our thoughts and habits emerge. From my experience, growth isn't about having and doing more, but through focus and awareness of how my mind works.

The edges of the painting are left loose, and the canvas is left raw to give an unfinished look to reflect that everyone's life is a work in progress.
