Refunds & Returns

As SOTA is a marketplace, all refunds depend on the artists’ return policy. Private sellers are not required by law to offer refunds, so before buying an item it’s important to check the Seller’s return policy.

If the seller has a returns policy, please contact info@sotamarketplace.co stating your refund request and reasons. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. If both parties are happy or adequate evidence is provided that the item has not arrived/ is damaged, SOTA will grant a refund.
