Get You Drunk

The idea was that there’s an intergalactic bar that serves you cocktails that gets you drunk on feelings 😇

At first I experimented with buildings (as I always do and use a lot) cause it’s supposed to be a bar, you know. Then I knew I needed to have red inside. I struggled a lot with the gradient on the background, it became my obsession and kept changing it until the end. I wanted to create a feeling through use of color, of that specific time of day with the last light, a very romantic time, one that if you are open enough, it’s so overwhelming, it crushes your soul. Like watching a Wim Wenders or a 90s Polanski film. At some point I realized I needed to let go of the building. it had to be something more abstract, that transpires on the atmosphere. So I ended up using the signs in juxtaposition of the universe, cause love always felt like that vast and endless. Welcome to Bar Galaxy. Let us get you drunk on feelings.
