And when I moved back to Italy I struggled to find spots where I could get a coffee the way I like it, especially as I am based on the Amalfi Coast and meet most of my friends in Napoli, a city where coffee is a kind of religion and where the only drink allowed seems to be a burnt expresso. Untile few years ago when finally come \"specialty coffee\" places appeared here too. Since then there is nothing I like more than meeting my friends in one of these places and catch up enjoying a filter coffee. Add to that the fact that the crowd in these coffee shops is often very cool and you get why I love to spend my time there.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOil pastel are the perfect medium to depict this kind of scene: they are so bright and vibrant and their texture is great to both cover vast areas of the sheet of paper and depict small details.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI hope this artwork will transport you to Napoli, relaxing at a coffee shop while doing some people watching.
