Unveiling the Edge: "Periphery"

This artwork utilizes a dynamic interplay of black and white shapes to evoke a sense of the hidden world that exists beyond our central focus.

At the heart of the composition lies a bold, circular form, perfectly bisected by the stark contrast between black and white. This central element symbolizes the core of our perception, the area on which we naturally focus. However, unlike "Equilibrium," this central circle is not perfectly centered. It sits noticeably off-kilter, drawing our attention to the vastness beyond the immediate frame.

Emanating outwards from the central circle are a series of contrasting lines and shapes. These elements weave and dance across the canvas, creating a sense of movement and dynamism. The black lines appear to reach outwards, venturing into the "periphery," the unseen edges of our awareness. The white shapes, conversely, seem grounded, anchoring the center while hinting at potential discoveries beyond.
