The 'Mirage' series is an ode to the printing process itself; celebrating colour, form and texture. The pieces in the collection are inspired by Melissa's travels and feature images that she has collected from locations around the world over the years. Collage vignettes taken from Melissa's sketchbooks inspired the compositions along with monoprint exploration, making each artwork completely unique.

Mirage VI transports the viewer to the coconut palm fringed beaches of Southern Sri Lanka.
