Portrait of The Stone Roses. Text inspired by their songs is hand-written in varying shades over a red, white and blue colour wash; the image emerging as one moves back from the painting. Created in their own words. The background is a tribute to John Squire's own Pollock-inspired painting for their 1988 Waterfall single artwork.

Prints available are A3 (approx. 16.5" x 11.7" or 420mm x 297mmm), A2 (approx. 23.4" x 16.5" or 594mm x 420mm) and A1 (approx. 33.1" x 23.4" or 841mm x 594mm).

Print taken from the original diptych painting - acrylic and water-based pens on a pair of wooden boards, in total approximately 1200 x 800mm.

Giclée fine art print on premium heavyweight museum-quality paper, with an enhanced matte, smooth natural white finish. Printed at 300dpi using water-based inks on sustainably sourced paper, and shipped using local fulfilment in plastic-free rigid spiral-wound recyclable cardboard tubes with compostable end caps.
