Hand pulled ink on paper fine art screen-print - made exclusively at Edinburgh Printmakers

This unique work uses screen printed layers of saturated and translucent shapes to explore the weight and shifting mood of colour - echoed by elements of our urban & natural spaces. The organic shapes were inspired by a series of sea pebbles and individual paper stencils were made to form each layer. The work also captures an interplay between a suggestion of three-dimensional form creating tension with blocks of colour and diaphanous shapes.

There was a real sense of joy and exploration with this new body of work.
