Technique ~ Reduction prints are created by the repeated carving, inking & printing of a single linoleum block. This process results in the gradual destruction of the block.
This print is of the water take-off tower of Craig Goch dam in the Elan Valley. It depicts the dam at last light on a snowy day, when the colours of the landscape were very muted and almost monochrome. This is an original, handprinted artwork and is not a digital copy.
