Created using white chalk, yellow chalk, orange sandstone, brown rock, and brown hematite, Encounters With Mysticism reminds us of the transformative experience of unity, where the ego fades, shifting our perspective. Part of the Of Soil and Starlight collection, this painting explores our bond with the earth and the unseen cosmos above. It speaks to the cycles that shape us, departure, discovery, and return, reminding us that even as we reach outward into the unknown, the earth continues to hold us steady.

Material: Painted using handmade watercolours onto natural linen canvas, this is an original artwork finished with a UV-protective matte varnish. The painting is framed in a bespoke solid oak and stained with a gentle linseed oil to enhance the wood's natural grain.
