'Carefree Harmony Releasing My Inner Child'

Explore abstract artwork with one of my favourite paintings. It is a one that I completed having taken an abstract art course that was aimed to release my inner child and help me create more honestly and freely. I'd like to think that with the help of Rose Hewartson I have had someone holding my hand and guiding me through my recovery. From the moment I came home not knowing whether I would ever paint again. To the incredible feeling of honesty and freedom that comes with creating a piece of work from your heart. I am hopefully freer and less fearful than I was before. I really hope that it shows. Using Artist Grade acrylics in the primary colours and mixing directly on the canvas. I used my trusted water spray and in addition grabbed a plastic fork to scratch in some marks.

Acrylic on deep-edged canvas 36" x 36" (1.5" deep), unframed. 

Unique contemporary work made with acrylic on canvas, Painting protected by an anti-UV varnish to give it excellent longevity. The edges of the work are painted for an aesthetic rendering, a frame is therefore not necessary. A hanging system is set up on the back of the work, you only have to put a nail on the wall.

The painting is signed and countersigned on the back by the artist, who is listed by AKOUN.  It will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It will be sent wrapped in glassine paper to protect the front, corner protectors held on by cling wrap, encased in a waterproof bubble wrap and packaged in double-walled cardboard.
