This lyrical, abstract painting was inspired by an exploration of the theme of love. 'Reverie’ I explore the state of contemplation and tender feelings that get evoked when we think about a person we love and care about.

As with all my work, I mix my own paint using pigments and a matte dispersion. The colours in my work are therefore highly pigmented. The canvas has been painted around the edges in a complementary colour. Hooks and cord are attached at the back – the painting is ready for hanging.

The painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Please note that the image of the painting in a home interior setting is for demonstration purposes and not to scale.
