This piece is crafted from aspen leaves that have lain on the forest floor since autumn—weathered by time, softened by the earth. Now, only their delicate texture remains, holding the memory of what once was. Restored through a gentle, natural process, each leaf is carefully hand-stitched into place with intention. In between, quiet walks in the forest, pauses that's part of the process. The leaves are partly decorated with gold imitation to honour what’s endured.

What seems fragile reveals its quiet strength—a lace-like structure that whispers of time's touch, transformation, and the beauty of what remains. A silent testament to resilience.
