Metamorphosis (2024) is a surreal embroidery butterfly artwork, symbol of transformation and rebirth. This woman butterfly was created by my hands in my atelier in Madrid, using traditional embroidery techniques.

In between art and craftsmanship, this embroidery artwork is full of life, depending of the time of day, the beads and sequins react differently to the lighting.

It took me over 200 hours to complete. Embroidery is a slow process, but in a fast-paced world, I believe we need more mindful artwork.
