Kadir is a multi-disciplinary artist and arts educator from Hackney. His practice mixes socio-political engagement and personal exploration, delving into the complexities of identity, individual and collective memory. Kadir is influenced by his multicultural background, as he was born in London in 1985 and has mixed Turkish, English, and Cypriot heritage. Notably, Kadir has exhibited his multi-disciplinary works at the Museum Of The Home as well as teaching art for many years to children from diverse migrant communities. He has an MA in
Visual Arts.
