'Serendipity (Patience 2025)'

This painting began in stillness. After a moment of meditation, I carefully mixed four chosen colours, creating a spectrum of tones from each. To bring harmony across the canvas, I blended them together — a reminder that even the most distinct elements can find balance. At the time of painting, my mind was full of patience and waiting — for a date for my brain operation. Unsure of a title, I turned to my subscribers for guidance, and an artist friend gifted me the perfect name: Serendipity. It felt like the universe stepping in at just the right moment.

The canvas has since been varnished, ready to live in its new home. It can be hung in any orientation, inviting you to choose the perspective that speaks most to you, although I shall be sending it fixed ready to hang the way it was painted (landscape). The painting is signed on the front, with my full signature and the name on the reverse, and will come with a certificate of authenticity. It will be sent wrapped in glassine paper to protect the front, corner protectors held on by cling wrap, encased in bubble wrap and packaged in double-walled cardboard.
