Webs is about things that get tangled: memory, nature and the body, until you cannot separate them anymore. I built it in many thin layers, and drew lines through the paint with coloured pencil, like the veins of a leaf or of a body. It reads as a landscape and as skin at the same time. The idea, the composition and all the painting and drawing are mine.
