

The fox skull is a take on the metaphor of the gift of life (memento mori). It's suggesting that instead of the skull being a symbol of death, it is rather a reminder to live life to the fullest. The acorn displays strength and potential; letting the viewer know that it's the same within each of us, regardless of the starting point. And the mouse. Well, the mouse is just eyeing up dinner.
