Sun Kissed was born during a winter of inner scarcity, when the absence of light revealed both fragility and shortage. In these six original ink paintings, orchids native to Brazil bloom on white backgrounds, their forms shaped by gradients of shadow and clarity. The orchids, sensitive yet resilient, echo the condition of belonging: they flourish when nurtured by warmth and openness, but falter in environments devoid of light. Painted in vivid monochromes, they became both a remembrance of sunshine days and a silent testimony of survival.
